1.2 Investments are typically non-cancellable after successful payment, except as may be explicitly permitted under the Early Exit and settlement provisions of the Investment Agreement.
1.3 Refunds, where applicable, will be processed only in accordance with this Policy and the corresponding Investment Agreement.

4.2 In case of Early Exit, returns may be recomputed at the applicable adjusted interest rate and may result in lower total returns than originally scheduled.
4.3 As specified in the Investment Agreement, certain payouts (such as the first quarter’s interest in specific cases) may be withheld or forfeited and will not be refunded.
