7.3 If you do not raise a refund request within the applicable time period, you will no longer be
eligible for such refund.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of our obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay is caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, war, strikes, labour disputes, government restrictions, technical failures, or interruptions in internet or telecommunication services.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TRAVSM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the website or services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
